Laser surgery
Urology is a highly dynamic specialty with a wide range of elements that help facilitate certain minimally invasive surgical procedures. Currently, there are different types of lasers, with different powers or frequencies, for different types of procedures. Currently, lasers can be used to perform lithotripsy (breaking up stones) in the kidney, bladder, or ureter, and to perform prostate surgery, including routine resection, vaporization, or prostatic enucleation. Lasers are very useful in this type of surgery, as they can be performed on patients taking anticoagulants, a situation that was not previously possible with previous technology.
Lasers are also currently being used for circumcisions or the destruction of warts or skin lesions. The introduction of laser technology into urology is undoubtedly a great tool that facilitates minimally invasive surgical procedures, achieving faster patient recovery.
We have all the necessary technology and experience to treat diseases that require laser technology.

How much does it grow?
Based on historical results, we have observed an average increase of between 1 and 2 inches (2.5 to 5 cm) in penile girth. Increases in flaccid penile length have also been reported. Increases in erect length, if any, are unpredictable and depend on each patient's individual anatomy. Results may vary among individuals.

Does it affect sensitivity?
According to a clinical review of 400 patients over a 5-year period, there were no reported changes in penile function, the ability to achieve or maintain an erection, or ejaculation during intercourse. A change in sensitivity may occur. Some patients have described an increase or decrease in sensitivity. This is usually temporary and typically resolves over time as the skin expands. Individual results may vary.

Possible Risks
As with any procedure, there are potential benefits and risks. All possible risks, complications, benefits, and alternatives (including not having the procedure at all) will be discussed with you in detail before the procedure is performed.
In a retrospective study, adverse events (infection in 3% of cases and seroma or fluid collection in 5% of cases) were reported, often due to patient noncompliance with postoperative care instructions.
Strictly following the postoperative protocol can reduce the likelihood of complications.
