Himplant ® Penis Enlargement

At Highly Specialized Urology, comprehensive treatment of our patients is essential. One of our patients' biggest concerns is penis size, which can affect their confidence and diminish their safety.

Therefore, the need arises to find the best alternative for our patients, one that is effective, safer, and achieves the results our patients are looking for. That's why we bring Himplant®, a penile implant, which is placed under the skin, achieving the

Penis enlargement. Regain your confidence

The Himplant® penile implant was created and patented by Dr. Elist and has been FDA-cleared since 2004. He has been performing it for over 20 years in the United States. This procedure has had thousands of successful cases; it was previously only available in other countries such as the United States, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia.

The Himplant® penile implant is now available in Mexico and has been approved by COFEPRIS. Himplant in Mexico. Penile implant in Mexico.

How much does it grow?

Based on historical results, we have observed an average increase of between 1 and 2 inches (2.5 to 5 cm) in penile girth. Increases in flaccid penile length have also been reported. Increases in erect length, if any, are unpredictable and depend on each patient's individual anatomy. Results may vary among individuals.

Does it affect sensitivity?

According to a clinical review of 400 patients over a 5-year period, there were no reported changes in penile function, the ability to achieve or maintain an erection, or ejaculation during intercourse. A change in sensitivity may occur. Some patients have described an increase or decrease in sensitivity. This is usually temporary and typically resolves over time as the skin expands. Individual results may vary.

Possible Risks

As with any procedure, there are potential benefits and risks. All possible risks, complications, benefits, and alternatives (including not having the procedure at all) will be discussed with you in detail before the procedure is performed.

In a retrospective study, adverse events (infection in 3% of cases and seroma or fluid collection in 5% of cases) were reported, often due to patient noncompliance with postoperative care instructions.

Strictly following the postoperative protocol can reduce the likelihood of complications.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

A consultation is required to assess your case, offer options, and clarify any questions. If you are not circumcised, it must be performed beforehand, and the implant must be placed 10 weeks later. If you are not in Guadalajara, you can schedule a virtual appointment.

SURGERY DAY

An outpatient procedure; sometimes an overnight stay is required. The surgery lasts approximately 60 minutes.

The patient will be discharged with a special bandage and a drain, which will be checked during the consultation. Care instructions and a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers will be given.
